In this centennial anniversary of General Relativity, we will hold a conference on Hot Topics in General Relativity and Gravitation with the motivation to emphasize the tremendous progresses that have been made in Astrophysics and in Cosmology since Einstein’s discovery of General Relativity (GR) in 1915. Frontiers in Radio Astronomy

Echoing the first FRA meeting in 2012, we are excited to announce the second international science symposium “Frontiers in Radio Astronomy” to be held in Guiyang, China between July 29th and 31st, 2015.  This meeting will focus on most recent development in radio astronomy and to explore the promises of FAST early science operation. It is hosted by National Astronomical Observatories of China and Guizhou Normal University, with  support from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the Ministry of Science and Technology of China. 9th International Conference on Interconnections between Particle Physics and Cosmology

Recent advances in observational astronomy and the discovery of 125-GeV Higgs boson have brought paradigm shifts on the potential connections between new fundamental particles and our understanding of their impact on the early universe and its evolution. With the content of the universe well known from astrophysical observations, a key aspect is that 27% of the universe appears to consist of dark matter. If current theories are correct, the particle physics candidate for this matter may well be observed in ongoing direct and/or indirect dark matter detection experiments or at the LHC. In addition, about 69% of the universe, the dark energy, still remains a significant mystery that major theoretical attempts are trying to understand. Observational anomalies challenging the Lambda-CDM cosmological model

In the current paradigm of the Lambda-CDM cosmology, the fundamental properties of the Universe are believed to be well understood, with only minor adjustment of the basic model being left to be done. The global picture of an expanding Universe originating during a singularity at Big Bang is now taken for granted, and some basic properties of the Universe are considered to be known with amazing accuracy. For instance, according to Lambda-CDM concordance cosmology, the age of the Universe is 13.798±0.037 Gyr, quoted with a precision higher than the one with which we know the age of our planet. Warm Dark Matter Cosmology in agreement with observations

Warm Dark Matter (WDM) is hot topic in galaxies cosmology and implies novelties in the astrophysical, cosmological particle and nuclear physics context. Warm Dark Matter Cosmology (LWDM) gives the same successfull large scale results and CMB results than Cold Dark Matter (LCDM) and succesfully agrees with the observations at the galactic and small scales.

This is the golden age of cosmology. Once a philosophical subject, cosmology has burgeoned into a precision science as ground and space-based astronomical observations supply a wealth of unprecedently precise cosmological measurements. Questions that were recently the stuff of speculation can now be analyzed in the context of rigorous, predictive theoretical frameworks whose viability is determined by observational data. To address key questions about our universe, especially at the energy scales characteristic of its earliest moments, one must invoke a theory of quantum gravity, such as string theory. Conversely, observational cosmology is our most promising window for testing fundamental theories at ultra-high energies.
